Vegetables and fruits washed, and soup prepared with PH balance 9.5 water, as ionized alkaline water has proven to be anti-oxidant and has positive health affects to human bodies. Using only giant tiger prawns delivered directly to us, and specially selected giant river shrimps, fresh Makrut lime instead of lemons, and 1st grade Thai Jasmine Rice (Thai Hom Mali Rice).
